Crafty Things

It began with an innocent "Oh, I just love this vintage style" and before I knew it I started collecting used packaging material, old books, vintage paper and buying ephemera, distress stuff, vintage style stamps and stencils to make bookmarks, greeting cards, zines, journals and practical things like storage boxes and ephemera holders.

A find of old family photos from the early 1900s in my father's house inspired me to not only start an album for these pictures, but to also create an homage to women of that era in general. For this I bought old photos of women at our local flea market and in Paris, because I just love French ephemera.

 

So, these are two projects I'm currently working on.

Two other projects in the making are a book of inspiration - in lieu of a vision board - filled with things that inspire me and a journal I call "Time to Play".

To keep things manageable, I set up separate pages for each project and one for other crafty things.
